 Vintage industrial office rolling filing cabinet/cart.  Lift the top and there are your files.  It has a locking drawer underneath and keys are included.  There are some scratches and some small dents and dings but otherwise in good working condition.  It is appr 27 1/2" x 17 1/2" x 13 1/2".
